If you know you are going to attend an event consider signing up in advance. This way we will have a space reserved for you, and if you make your character during pre-registration we will have your packet all ready to go at check in. Also if you pre-register you will save $10 off admission to the game! In order to pre-register we must receive your payment no later than 2 weeks before the event. This can be done by online payment. Payments may be made using a credit or debit card by utilizing paypal below. If you are paying for your child or friend, please put the name of the person the registration is intended for in the information box. Please do not send characters, histories or the like through this form. Those may be emailed to .

We do collect a small fee ($1.75 already added in for regular events, $1.95 for dinners and $0.50 for buy-in points) to cover expenses charged for online payment service.

If you preregister for an event and cannot make it you must contact us at least 1 week prior to the event so we can transfer your money to another event. If you fail to show up for an event you preregistered for without notifying us, or get suspended or expelled from the game for any reason the registration fee is forfeited.

Those who are normally players or thinking of going player but NPC for a full event are charged $10 to help cover the costs of having the person on the site and the free snacks and food that are provided for NPC's as a thank you for the hard work of running the game. This $10 may be paid at the door.

*Note - As announced at the Winter Awards Dinner, the prices will rise a modest $5 per event this year. If you pre-reg for the first event by February 28th, 2010 you will reserve a spot at the old price. After this time, and until the pre reg deadline (March 12th, 1010) the price will be updated.
